1. 转到 xampp/mysql/data 并备份此文件夹
2. 删除下图中所有选中的文件
3. 从 xampp/mysql/backup 复制下图中选定的文件并将其粘贴到 xampp/mysql/data 文件夹
4. 现在重新启动您的 xampp 服务器，它将像以前一样运行。无需删除您的数据库或重新安装您的 xampp 服务器
