Tomcat 6 无法访问应用程序

Question

我下载了tomcat 6，将server.xml上的端口改为8040，然后启动tomcat。通过访问 localhost:8040、localhost:8040/manager/html 和其他应用程序，我没有看到任何内容。我之前安装了 jdk 1.7 和 tomcat 7 作为服务。但随后删除了 tomcat 7，我使用的是 tomcat 6 的压缩版本。tomcat 7 的安装程序版本运行良好。
