TagLibrary 接口(interface)已从 struts2 中删除，并由另外两个接口(interface)代替。 (不知道2.3.17会不会重新加入)

如果您有勇气或降级到 2.3.15.3 并希望该界面在 2.3.17 中恢复，您可以自己更新插件以使用新界面。
