您可以继承 UITableViewCell。然后重写 setHighlighted:animated 方法:

       [super setHighlighted:highlighted animated:animated];

           self.detailTextLabel.textColor = [UIColor lightGrayColor];
       } else {
           self.detailTextLabel.textColor = [UIColor whiteColor];
       }
}
