您所描述的是不可能的。 CallKit 的工作方式与您的场景不同。

电话应用请求 CallKit 扩展提供它知道的电话号码集合，以及每个电话号码的描述符。电话应用程序不会透露来电号码。如果分机提供的电话号码集合中包含主叫号码，则电话应用程序将显示描述符。
