我一直使用符号 border: 0 none，大概意思是 border-width: 0 和 border-style: none .

还有人用这种方式写吗？是否真的有必要声明样式和宽度以便安全删除？

border:none; 根据规范应该达到相同的效果。

border 属性可以设置为以下值:

<line-width> || <line-style> || <color>

当这些值中的一个被省略时，它的值被设置为它的初始值。所以 border:none; 实际上会添加初始的 line-width 值:

border: medium none;

但是，none的line-style值会导致color和width值被忽略如 CSS Specification 中所述:

‘none’ No border. Color and width are ignored (i.e., the border has width 0).
