controller.addTween(

       TweenMax.from( $('#graphicThree'), .7, 
                     {
                     css:{right:'1000px'},
                     ease:Back.easeOut, 
                     onComplete : footerAnimation
                    }
                  )
       );

Pass in a function to the tween for when the animation is complete.
