c++ - MFCC 中的时域信号

Question

看了MFCC和Speech Recognition，有一点不明白。根据本页文档http://practicalcryptography.com/miscellaneous/machine-learning/guide-mel-frequency-cepstral-coefficients-mfccs/ ，什么是“时域信号”？？那是我在wave文件的头文件中读取的数据子 block 中的 float 吗？
