通过使用 JDK 而不是 JRE(com.sun.xml 在 JDK 中提供)。打开 Eclipse 设置 -> Java -> 安装的 JRE，并确保此处选择 JDK(例如，C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_151)。
