听起来您的系统已将文件系统置于只读模式。在许多情况下都会发生这种情况。您应该检查 dmesg 是否有错误，并可能重新启动并进行文件系统检查。

此外，给公共(public)文件夹(如/usr/local)中的所有用户完全权限可能不是一个好主意。
