我和EMR有同样的问题，我在下面试过

sudo yum -y install gcc python-setuptools python-devel postgresql-devel
sudo /usr/bin/pip install --upgrade pip 
sudo /usr/local/bin/pip install psycopg2

当我在 EMR 上运行它时它可以工作，但当 EMR 从 Pipeline 启动时它不起作用。
