这已经很晚了，但可能会对其他人有所帮助。如果它告诉您这一点，并且您使用例如 ps aux | 检查该进程 ID grep 40903，而且不是neo4j，问题可能是端口被占用了。

默认情况下，neo4j 使用 7474，但可以在 neo4j 文件夹 /conf/neo4j-server.properties 上更改它，这是我的问题，我已将端口设置为“22”用过的。因此，请确保将其设置为开放且可用的端口。
