您在构造表单类时试图传递请求。此时没有请求。该请求仅存在于您的 View 函数中。因此，您应该在构造表单实例时在 View 函数中传递请求。要预填充表单，您可以使用表单构造函数的 initial 关键字。它以字段名称和值的字典作为输入。
