尝试将您的设置文件添加到系统 PATH。在我的项目中，设置位于文件夹/project_name/project_name/settings/development.py(与标准方式略有不同)。在我的例子中，环境变量字符串是

DJANGO_SETTINGS_MODULE=project_name.settings.development;PYTHONUNBUFFERED=1

因此根据您的参数更改它，然后再次尝试运行服务器。我希望这会有所帮助。
