这会使其他浏览器“折叠”#footer 的上边距，因此如果您还添加 overflow: hidden 到 #wrapper 它应该使它们均匀..

re:bug:IE6/7 的宽度触发了 hasLayout 而不是避免它，包装器上的溢出使每个人都一样
