使用 netstat 命令确保端口 80 未被任何其他服务或应用程序使用:

netstat -tulpn| grep :80

如果端口80或您分配的其他端口(8080,90)绑定(bind)到httpd，则终止所有进程:

killall -9 httpd

现在启动httpd:

/etc/init.d/httpd start

在启动 httpd 服务时还要确保您是 root 用户。
