node.js - "express"命令无法识别

我使用的是 Windows 8。我已按照 this link 的步骤操作安装node.js和express。但是当我使用命令 express project_name 创建项目时，我收到以下错误消息 -

'express' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

之前我在 Windows 7 机器上做过同样的事情。然后所有步骤都完美运行。但现在不是了。我也尝试过similar question中指出的一些措施。我现在应该做什么？

与是否重启无关。

运行这个:

sudo npm install -g express-generator

在express(版本4)中，命令行工具没有捆绑在一起，因此在安装express生成器之前，express命令不会被识别。
