两个选项。

1.) 安装适用于 Windows 的预构建 Appium(无需 grunting)( https://bitbucket.org/appium/appium.app/downloads/AppiumForWindows.zip )

2.) 运行reset.bat 而不是grunt 命令。我已经更新了您引用的文档以提及这一点。
