折腾了一天，终于成功了。

NPM，默认情况下将安装在C:\Program Files\nodejs

但其他必需的 Node 模块将安装在C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\npm

系统环境的 PATH 变量将设置为 C:\Program Files\nodejs 而 not 设置为 C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\npm，请将此目录添加到 PATH 变量中。

然后复制下载的appium文件夹
来自: C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\npm\node_modules
至: C:\Program Files\nodejs\node_modules\npm\node_modules

然后命令 appium --version 应该可以全局工作。

测试了两次，对我有用，希望对大家有帮助。
