Pythontensorflow错误，sys没有属性getdlflags

我刚刚尝试为 python 安装tensorflow，当我进入控制台查看 init.py 是否正常工作时，它返回了此错误。我手动安装了它，没有使用 pip 或任何其他包管理器。
