问题是您使用的是 Rails 4.2.2，它使用 ActionPack 4.2.2，而 Refinery CMS 至少需要 4.2.3。如果您更新 Rails(可能需要调整您的 Gemfile 以使用较新的版本，例如 ~> 4.2.3)，一切都应该没问题。
