Question

是否可以注册一些 PayPal 网络钩子(Hook)，只要与具体卖家的某些交易更改其状态、被退款等，该钩子(Hook)就会被执行？我在文档中找不到任何关于此的内容。这比定期检查每笔交易的状态要高效得多。
