PayPal PayFlow API 错误

Paypal 的documentation声明 OPTIONALTRXAMT 只应在 OPTIONALTRX=S 时使用，而您的情况并非如此。

文档还指出，当 OPTIONALTRX=A 时，Amount 将被忽略，这正是您正在做的事情。

Note: Do not specify an amount when OPTIONALTRX=A. The amount is ignored.
