我想我已经解决了我的问题。我在ubuntu 16.04上安装了anaconda，但是没有设置路径。现在我添加了PATH=$PATH:$HOME/anaconda2/bin到.bashrc。然后 anaconda 就可以正常工作了。因为anaconda已经包含了h5py模块。
