我在 Windows 上遇到了类似的问题，我安装了 python 3.5 但遇到了相同的错误。
这是我为解决此问题所做的步骤:
首先检查您的 python 版本，在命令行中输入 python -V (在 Windows 中为 win 键+R->cmd)，检查您是否遇到与我完全相同的问题。
如果它不是 3.5，即使您安装了 3.5，那么这可能是我遇到的问题，所以您需要更改 Windows 中的环境变量，这是通过转到:
