我在 Visual Studio 2017 和 Visual Basic 应用程序中遇到了同样的问题。它在刚刚更新的计算机(win 10)上安装良好，但没有最新更新安装失败。通过转到项目属性，选择 Windows 选项来解决。这是您可以注释掉导致问题的 dpiaware 的地方。
