python - 使用 pip 下载中的 pkgs 安装 pip 失败

我有一个特殊的需求，我需要在没有网络的电脑上安装资源pkg。所以我选择先使用pip download，并将所有下载的文件复制到这台电脑上，然后pip install。

pip install Resource-0.2.0-py2.py3-none-any.whl --no-index --find-links `pwd`

我发现这个cmd是可以的。
