android - 无法接收 android.provider.Telephony.WAP_PUSH_RECEIVED

可以收到SMS_RECEIVED，但是收不到WAP_PUSH_RECEIVED。那么谁知道为什么？我已经尝试使用 registerReceiver()，但它也不起作用。
