您需要首先在新的 flask 文件夹中获取 bin/activate 脚本以激活 virtualenv。

如果您正在运行 bash(最有可能)，那么运行:

cd new/flask/directory
. bin/activate
pip install ...

当你想退出虚拟环境时，你可以退出终端选项卡，或者运行:

deactivate

请注意，当您激活一个 virtualenv 时，它只会在您所在的一个终端选项卡中激活。

如果您不先运行该命令，pip 将尝试安装到您的系统目录，从而给出您所看到的权限错误。
