当我尝试从任何浏览器访问相同的 URL 时，它都可以正常工作。

该问题是由于 SSL 证书造成的。我的 Web 应用程序拥有 ECC SSL 证书，但 Azure 计划程序作业不支持向具有此类证书的 Web 应用程序发出请求。

MS 的人员建议了 Scheduler Job 的替代方案。这是 Azure 门户中称为“逻辑应用”的功能。您可以将其设置为定期向特定 URL 发出请求，但与 Scheduler Job 相比，“Logic Apps”具有更多功能。
