我认为我在 OpenSSL 和 JRuby (ruby 1.9.2) 不兼容方面遇到了同样的问题。如果您只想登录，请尝试

JRUBY_OPTS=--1.8 heroku login

这将使用 jruby 的 1.8.7 版本的 ruby​​ 实现，它应该与 OpenSSL 一起工作
