1. 从 npm npm uninstall bower 或 npm uninstall -g bower 卸载 bower
2. 从 npm npm install bower-canary 或 npm install -g bower-canary 安装 bower-canary
3. 在您的项目目录中使用以下内容创建 .bowerrc 以关闭 SSL:
