回答:这个问题不是编码问题。在用尽我能想到的所有选项后，我发现 Dreamhost 有一个选项可以忽略/强制/禁用所有 URL 之前的前面的 www.。由于代码不是用 www 编写的，我选择了“删除 www. 并将其重定向到 http://”选项，然后表单立即恢复运行。

附带说明一下，我在这个项目中遇到了 Dreamhost 共享托管的许多愚蠢的小问题，我永远不会考虑使用他们的服务。如此多的小怪癖(以及适度无益的支持人员)加起来导致我的项目启动延迟了大约一周......
