它默认在 /usr/include 中查找，而不是在 /usr/local/include 中查找。您可能需要在配置之前设置 CFLAGS 和 LDFLAGS:

CFLAGS=-I/usr/local/include LDFLAGS=-L/usr/local/lib ./configure ....

总的来说，我不推荐你使用这个功能，它从来没有用过。使用phonetisaurus扩展字典或g2p-seq2seq。
