我的问题终于解决了。帮助简单的 Apache 服务器重新启动。知道 Rails 动态应用大部分更改的奇妙能力后，我什至不认为 Apache 需要在某个时候重新启动。我只是在修改其配置后才这样做。无论如何，感谢所有试图帮助我的人。
