apache2-dev 包只包含开发(头)文件，而不是源代码本身(参见 http://packages.ubuntu.com/trusty/httpd/apache2-dev )。

对于源代码，您应该检查 git/svn 存储库或访问 https://httpd.apache.org/download.cgi并在那里下载源代码。
没有一个 soure 文件夹，而是在服务器本身 (server) 和模块、特定于操作系统的文件等之间分开。
