好的,看来问题是没有人在端口上监听,ICMP 无法访问的响应触发了 sendmmsg 提前返回。如果我使用 nc 打开一个收件人,那么一切都会按预期进行,至少在 Ubuntu 上是这样。

我曾认为这可能是前一阵子的情况,因此在 RHEL 上压制了 ICMP,但我的代码中有一个错误,它只在 RHEL 上出现。
