Android NestedScrollView 的 subview 忽略第一次点击

我在我的折叠工具栏动画 fragment 中使用协调器布局和 NestedScrollView。我正在向我的嵌套 ScrollView 容器动态添加 View 。我已经在 NestedScrollView 内的 View 上实现了 onClickListener，但是对任何 View 的第一次点击总是被忽略。当我点击第二次或多次时，它会起作用。我的 XML 代码如下:

我有同样的错误。将支持库版本升级到 27.0.1 后，bug 已经消失。
