如果我删除

    textView.setMovementMethod(LinkMovementMethod.getInstance());

我也尝试过使用 Linkify 和 android:autoLink="web" 但结果总是一样。

setMessage() 可以工作，但使用带有 TextView 的自定义布局无法使其工作。

您定义的 TextView 没有 android:autoLink="all" , android:clickable="true" & android:linksClickable="false"

如下图所示的 info.xml TextView
