对于何时可以获得简历数据，有一长串要求。除其他事项外:

• 响应必须包含 ETag 或 Last-Modified header 。
• 我认为响应还必须包含一个 Accept-Ranges: bytes header
• 临时文件必须仍然存在(磁盘空间不小)。
• 必须是 HTTP 或 HTTPS 请求。
• Last-Modified 或 ETag header 必须表明该文件自上次请求以来未发生更改。

我可能忘记了其他要求，例如HTTP/1.1。
