我也被这个类似的问题困扰了好几天。我出现的场景是App升级。

将 abiFilters 从 'armeabi-v7a' 升级到 'armeabi-v7a','arm64-v8a'，我的手机是 arm 64 架构。

最后我通过删除/data/data/packagename/app_webview文件夹解决了这个问题，希望能帮助到后来遇到这个问题的人。
