我也刚遇到这个错误。根据过去的经验，iOS 的部署问题通常与 Xamarin 版本在 Visual Studio/Windows 和您的 Mac 构建主机之间不同步有关。

确保您已在 Windows 机器和 Mac 上安装了来自稳定 channel 的最新更新。
