"123".getBytes("UTF-8")   :                31 32 33 
"123".getBytes("UTF-16")  : FE FF 00 31 00 32 00 33 
"123".getBytes("UTF-16LE"):       31 00 32 00 33 00 
"123".getBytes("UTF-16BE"):       00 31 00 32 00 33 

表示只有在不指定字节序的情况下才添加BOM。那么要看你的架构是用LE还是BE。
