遇到了同样的问题。解决方案很简单。 Eclipse 期望 Maven 根目录有 bin、boot、conf 和 lib 子文件夹。该根文件夹不是(在我的例子中)/usr/local/Cellar/maven32/3.2.5，而是 /usr/local/Cellar/maven32/3.2.5/libexec。请注意，正确的是更深一个文件夹。
