我刚刚遇到了这个问题...然后我回到了 Window->Preferences->Install/Update，为了设置 android/eclipse 的更新站点，我把它从 http 改回了 https。

以前我在更新 IDE 时遇到错误，我认为我已将其更改为 http，因为其他帖子建议...并且之前修复了我的更新问题。

现在使用最新的 Android/Eclipse IDE 代码......看来 https 正在工作并且需要。
