看起来您正在使用带有 ondrej/php ppa 的 ubuntu 16.04 来获取最新版本的 php。在这种情况下，包名称需要与您使用的 php 版本相匹配:

apt-get install php7.2-xml

您可以通过类似这样的方式查看可用的不同版本:

apt-cache search php | grep xml

根据您的配置，您可能需要在安装命令前加上 sudo 前缀。
