@user1735003 弄明白了。 我卸载了最新版本的tensorflow

pip uninstall tensorflow

然后安装tensorflow 1.5

pip install tensorflow==1.5

然后我验证了安装是否适用于脚本

hello = tf.constant('Hello, TensorFlow!')
sess = tf.Session()
print(sess.run(hello))

我得到了正确的输出

Hello, TensorFlow!
