Python 3.7 刚刚在 2 天前发布，Python 3.7 还不支持很多模块。如果您真的不需要 Python 3.7，请降级到 Python 3.6 以下载包。

或者

下载 Anaconda 5.2 以在 Python 3.6 中使用 matplotlib 和 opencv。这是适用于 Windows 的 Anaconda 下载链接:[链接] ( https://www.anaconda.com/download/#windows )
