还有https://github.com/markuman/tinywebdis唯一的依赖是 C 编译器(例如 TCC)和 lua。因为两者都可以在 Windows 上使用，所以它应该是可运行的。

PS:我也没有在 Windows 上尝试过 tinywebdis，我也不是 Windows 用户。

现在有两个版本的tinywebdis。
1) tinywebdis (分支 tinywebdis) - 仅依赖于 Lua 并且需要一个 C 编译器。
2) turbowebdis (master branch) - 依赖于 luajit (dependencies can be installed with luarocks).
