按住 Shift 键并右键单击命令提示符图标，然后以管理员身份运行，以管理员身份运行命令提示符。

在命令提示符下将目录更改为 AdministrationConfig-En.msi 的安装位置。

在命令提示符中键入:
msiexec/i AdministrationConfig-EN.msi
现在安装时不会出现 powershell 警告。

Erik 的评论是，powershell 设置只有在权限提升时才可读。

登录助手的测试版也需要在 Administrationconfig 之前安装，它对我没有帮助，但对其他人有帮助。

这绝对是一个漫长而痛苦的过程。
